Delivery FAQs

  • For all purchases with a combined value of above SGD$200, delivery and installation of furniture, is free (condition is subjected to changes without pre-notice and only upon sole discretion by Liliewoods). 
  • For furniture purchases below $200, if the delivery option of a $20 surcharge is not chosen, then the mode of fulfillment will be only through self-pick up from Great World shopping mall or I12Katong shopping mall. Notification will be made to you when the products are ready for pick up in store. Note that all furniture will be fully assembled. No flat-packing request will be entertained should there be any complication later arise from failed attempts to pack into mode of transport. Please check the dimensions carefully.
  • For furniture delivery, upon purchase, it will be arranged with you individually via email or mobile telecommunication through SMS or Whatsapp, upon confirmation of purchase. Please ensure that you or another person/s will be available to receive the delivery throughout the time frame stated in your delivery order. Should there be a need to re-arrange another delivery date due to your failure to comply to the earlier time/date, a surcharge $20 will be incurred.

    - For furniture delivery that included products of mixed availability, the purchase of $200 (min) only includes a single delivery to a single address. Hence, delivery will only be made when all the products are available at once. Should you require separate deliveries, a separate delivery charge will be incurred for each trip.
  • For non-furniture product purchase (below $200 in total), we are using third party logistics company for the delivery. The insurance is provided by them, not by us. Upon confirmation, the company will send an SMS message to you for parcel tracking. This is completely outsourced, and Liliewoods is not responsible for the delivery. The delivery lead time ranges between 1-5 days.
  • Courier is valid only within Singapore and calculated based on volumetric weight. Courier costs begins from $3.50. Exact amount will be calculated upon check out.
  • Where post by mailbox is chosen, we use SingPost regular mailing service. This is not registered and cannot be tracked. 
  • For Delivery made by Liliewoods, the service is only from Mondays to Fridays, between 830am to 8pm and does not include public holidays. (For Sentosa deliveries, $6 is payable to offset the admission fee. This shall be collected from you prior to delivery only via Paynow.)
  • Liliewoods reserves the rights to collect extra fee should the delivery process involves extensive and laborious efforts (such as walk-up apartments, moving up to several floors within the house, etc.)
  •  Warranty for furniture and other products covers only manufacturing defects. It does not include damages from user wear and tear.
  • Products purchased from our dealers will be subjected to dealers' warranty program.  
  • Upon delivery, customers' signatory indicates that goods are received in good condition and order is complete. Should there be any damage or defect upon delivery, notification must be made to delivery team immediately. You have the right to reject the damaged or defective items upon delivery (except for clearance stock, display piece, and free gifts) at no charge if the claim is valid. We will contact you within 3 working day for further action. Should there be discrepancies with your items, we aim to have the item available at the earliest available date. In the event an exchange cannot be made, Liliewoods reserves the right to offer a substitute or refund.
  • Colour and grain variations are natural characteristics of authentic wood surfaces. It is not possible to create exactly similar characteristics in natural materials. Organic variations are part of the whole process of acquiring a natural wood furniture and should be understood by customers. Variations within acceptable standards that do not contribute to the constitution of defects nor create unusabilities, will not be reason for replacement. Natural wood products will show knots, blemishes, splits and fissures which are characteristics to individual material batches shall also not be deemed as defects.
  • Delivery schedule will be arranged upon confirmation of orders via email or phone communication. The estimated delivery lead time is stated for every product and subjected to stock availability and as well as scheduling feasibility base on logistical efficiency.
